As the owner of a 42 year-old vintage Boston Whaler, I am fussy about who looks after it when I’m not aboard. I require proximity to fishing grounds in relatively protected waters where I can fly fish, troll, jig, or chunk without traveling long distances. And, I need a fish cleaning station at the dock to ensure that I return home with only the fillets, leaving the racks behind to sustain the local fishery. Throw in competent management, experienced staff, an eco-friendly environment, and competitive rates, and you have a winning combination. In the interest of full disclosure, it is this welcoming and trusting relationship that has motivated me to post my personal blog under the Sunset Bay Marina banner. 11/01/09
