 Slips Rates= Boat Length or minimum x $115.00 per linear foot.  20’ to 40’ Slips available.

Length will be calculated on total boat length including bowsprit, boomkins, and swim platform.

All Slips INCLUDE Fresh Water and Electricity.   

Mooring Rates: Per Linear Foot. Included in the price is the ball, chain, launch and dinghy storage.

NOT INCLUDED but mandatory to have is Chaffing Gear (To protect lines thru chock).

NOT INCLUDED but recommended is a Mast Buoy (Assists in grabbing mooring lines).

DISCOUNT GASOLINE PROGRAM:  The program offers our customers to enjoy .50 cents off each gallon of gas purchased here at Sunset Bay Marina.  When you prepay $500.00 worth of gasoline, you will receive a balance card.  Each time you arrive at the pump station we will automatically deduct the.50 cents per gallon.  Recharge your account at any time with a minimum amount $500.00 and there is no expiration date on the balance card.   In order to receive the discount at the pump you must use the balance card, no other forms of payment will be accepted.  We accept Credit Cards, Money Orders, Personal checks or Cash to prepay for the gasoline program.

OTHER INFORMATION:

Service on Vessels:  Owners may do work on boats provided prior permission is given to the marina manager and care is taken not to damage other boats, equipment or marina property.  If outside service is needed contractor must provide evidence of insurance, including liability, workers compensation and property damage.

Security:   Sunset Bay Marina’s outdoor boat storage lot is fenced in and secured.  Indoor warehouse storage is secured.  Webcam/Video surveillance is available thru our website to view sips and moorings.    Staff is on premises year round.

Insurance Certificates:  Our insurance carrier has required us to have every vessel owner furnish us with a certificate of insurance (liability and property damage to others) to the Marina Office prior to the boat being allowed to dock at the marina.  The insurance must be maintained throughout the season.  Sunset Bay Marina must be listed as a certificate holder. No boat will be allowed at the marina without proof of insurance.
