Conditions
Lease a mooring from Sunset Bay Marina for one year ($1,200) pay in full before March 15, 2011, Pay upgrade fee of $1,500 before May 1, 2011 and receive access to a slip every weekend for June, July, and August 10% discount on lunch at Sea Dog Brew Pub is based on food orders up to two people alcohol excluded June and July only.
