All new state of the art Breakwater System designed with the
safety of your boat in mind. The massive 24" steel piles will secure
the 11 foot wide concrete/wood floating dock system that will offer
your boat maximum protection in the worst weather conditions.

20' SLIP minimum 20' $115.00 per foot
28' SLIP minimum 25' $120.00 per foot
34' SLIP minimum 30' $120.00 per foot
40' SLIP minimum 32' $125.00 per foot
All slips include water & electricity
MOORINGS
$1000.00 FLAT FEE: All moorings include (1) Dinghy up to 10'
on the dinghy dock and Launch Service.

property will need to have the above items on file in the office.
For any customer who would like to use a credit card to
pay for services, please call the office to obtain a credit card
authorization form or download the Word Document form from our
Additional Forms & Agreements page and email or fax it over to us.
