New state-of-the-art Breakwater System designed 
with the safety of your boat in mind.  The massive 24" steel 
piles will secure the 11 foot wide concrete/wood floating 
dock system to offer your boat maximum protection in 
the worst weather conditions.

A Dock Slips: Minimum 32'  Rate $127.00 per foot
B Dock Slips: Minimum 25'  Rate $122.00 per foot
C Dock Slips: Minimum 20'  Rate $117.00 per foot
D Dock Slips: Minimum 32'  Rate $127.00 per foot
Main Dock Slips: Minimum 32'  Rate $127.00 per foot
All slips include water & electricity

Moorings
$1000.00 FLAT FEE:  Moorings include (1) Dinghy up to 10' 
on the dinghy dock and Launch Service.

 Registration and/or Coast Guard documentation.  All boats on the 
property will need to have the above items on file in the office.
